Actually, the lighter color is normal. We source our lipids and process them naturally from a crop in the Netherlands - chemicals are not used to process them. The color of the lipids from the latest crop is lighter than the last as we changed our sunflower source with in the Netherlands. We have used this source before; it is well tested and the best quality we can find borne out from our recent evaluation of available raw materials. Which is why we change sources within the region based upon our ongoing testing.
