Unlike our Liposomal Vitamin C, which can be taken at very high doses. Our Glutathione is extremely potent even at the recommended dose. We suggest not going over this dose unless directed by a healthcare practitioner. Side effects of taking to much Liposomal Glutathione may include:
Fatigue
Abdominal cramps
Bloating Skin issues
Gas
Constipation
Headaches
Eye inflammation
Weight gain
If any of the prior symptoms occur, reduce dosage to one teaspoon or pause dosage for a bit.
